    The Waitrose in Worcester Park decided to get rid of their rotisserie chicken counter and replace it with a Sushi counter, which was their biggest mistake!The chicken counter used to attract lots of customers and the staff doing a fantastic job serving the usual regular and new customers.So many customers opposed to the idea of the chicken counter closure and felt completely disappointed by the Management's decision to proceed with the rotisserie chicken counter closure!Waitrose will lose many more customers if they continue to not listen to their customers opinions.

    Free parking, excellent quality food and their pricing is a lot more reasonable than a lot of people think.Their own-brand 'Essentials' range is competitively priced with other supermarkets low cost ranges, while their regular own-brand items, for example breaded cod fillets, are higher quality than the Sainsbury's equivalent.They also include air fryer temperatures and timing cooking instructions on a lot of their own-brand items, which is incredibly useful and I wish they'd finish rolling it out to everything.

    Last shop on new years eve, after days milk off, bag of potatoes half of which rotten, many items on the meat snd fish shelves were displaying last day if display date even though early morning there were no fresher items.Also for the first time in many years all the displays have been moved around so a much longer shop. I have shopped here for the quality which attracts a higher price but that was ok, I will no longer shop here which is a shame because the staff are friendly and professional.

    Some of the till staff especially the older ladies are very polite. I like to get a few bits and bobs from here I.e the duchy organic milk, sweet pastries, fancy dips and ice creams.I couldn’t help but notice some really stern and impolite faces on some of the workers there. It’s like they’re constantly watching to check if you’re stealing. Very uncomfortable. I then saw the security guard stop a man to check his bags. The man opened up his bags and showed the security guard what he had bought. After the bag was checked the customer said “I come in here all the time to buy things and get stopped so much!” The security guard apologised and said it was told to him on his ear piece to check his bags.Another incident I noticed the other day when a customers card didn’t go through. Both the cashier and customer didn’t realise and the customer walked off. A member of staff starts running to the customer and screams very loudly YOUR CARD DIDNT GO THROUGH.” The customer very quickly went to sort out the issue.I personally would have found that situation very embarrassing.
